Shipping policy

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country and/or region, estimated delivery time is between 8 to 12 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.


For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to be shown.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at livelysee@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:
By placing an order on SeeLivey, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Fantastshop. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Seelively is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Seelively.

we offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. If 14 days have passed since your parcel delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us  liveysee@gmail.com immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at liveysee@gmail.com

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Blind Bags
  • Customized products/Service

Partial refunds are granted 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Please note that we won't accept returns that haven't been requested in advance.If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at livelysee@gmail.comWe'll send you a return shipping address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a return shipping label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
